Payment, shipping, and returns My weekly posting day is THURSDAY (morning) each week (orders must be received by 4pm on Wednesdays), but if you need something delivered at short notice please let me know and I will do my best to help you.

I accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. Note that all prices on our site are listed in GDP. I ship Worldwide (except Germany), from England. Each order is packed with love. FREE SHIPPING to the UK. A small fee at the time of postage will be added for anything outside the UK, usually from £5 to £35 dependant on your destination and size/weight etc. I always send my creations out with a signed for (goods under £50)/tracking service (goods over £50). This is excluding small greetings cards, bookmarks and love sprinkle orders which are sent out first class (unless otherwise mentioned in the listing). Once you have purchased your goodies you will be sent a tracking number details. I use eco-friendly reusable, biodegradable and recyclable wrapping for all my creations as much as possible, but sometimes I have to reinforce packages with plastic tape, especially with larger items, to help it be more secure during transit. I am happy to paint or sculpt your family, pets and wildlife in a variety of sizes, mediums. I am also asked to paint consciousness-scapes of peoples inner world. I am also asked to create one off jewellery pieces. Commissions pieces are the perfect way to help celebrate birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, births, and to remember forever after deaths, other reasons too. I work closely with you so that you get the best solution for your needs.

How to Order

You may find what you are looking for in the "Made to Order Jewellery Commissions" section of the shop. If not please then to get started email me at lizshewanart@outlook.com to discuss what you are looking for and ask any questions you may have. I will then give you a quote based on what you are looking for. Once we have agreed on a quote I will send you an invoice which is due in full before commencing, non-refundable. Once you have paid I can commence work on your commission piece. This also applies if you order from the "Made to Order Jewellery Commissions" Shop section. I take payment via Stripe or PayPal, that accepts Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. I also take accept payments via BACS. Please see my terms and conditions and FAQ before purchase.

The Process

I work from good quality photographs provided by you, and we discuss designs as necessary. It's important to remember though, you are here because you love my style, so I need to be allowed the usual freedom I have when creating originals. If you have commissioned a painting about half way through I will take a photo of the work and send you an .jpeg via email so that you can see how things are going. It is at this point that you are allowed to request one change should you wish it. Depending on how busy I am and what your requirements are your commission could take from 4 weeks to 12 weeks to complete, I will give you a guideline when giving you a quote.

Your Commission Delivered

I will get in touch when your piece is finished, sending you a photo for you to acccept before I wrap it up ready for delivery. My weekly postal day is THURSDAY each week, so if you need it to be delivered signed for on another day let me know at this point, I will do my best to help. I will send you a tracking code upon posting so you can follow your commission delivered to your door.
